About Gregory
Gregory de Franssu was born and raised in Paris, France, before spending many years abroad, notably in London, Canada, and the United States.
He studied Human Resources Management at Baruch College in New York, then went on to study Psychology in Los Angeles. He also spent considerable time in Asia, particularly in Hong Kong, as well as in South America. These global life experiences have given him a deep and sensitive understanding of cultures, ways of thinking, and human dynamics.
Upon returning to France, he initially worked in real estate consulting and co-founded the company Market Properties, specializing in heritage real estate and the sale of high-end apartments and office spaces.
He eventually chose to bring a more human and purposeful dimension to his career by becoming a certified professional coach, a path that reflects his passion for consulting, targeted support, and strategy.
Trained in business coaching, life coaching, as well as team and organizational coaching, he integrates powerful and complementary tools into his practice, such as Ericksonian hypnosis, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and co-development. In this way, he supports individuals and groups through deep, lasting transformations that are fully aligned with their needs, resources, and aspirations.
